The oldest playing field that is currently in use in La Liga is El Molinón, the home of Sporting de Gijón. It has a capacity of around 30,000 seats and the first recorded use of the field was in 1908. (The 8 clubs are: Malaga, Sporting Gijón, Espanyol, Sevilla, Real Betis, Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, and Barcelona)
